Returns

• We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact condition you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are also accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition.

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us before sending your item back to ensure availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• For hygiene reasons, certain accessories or intimate items may be excluded from returns.

Return Process

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

4. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
